Worth more than 5 stars! I used to have another go to lender, but when I met Tracy, she beat them. I don't know how she does it, but she gets it done. Very knowledgeable and experienced and it shows. Inflation really hit millennial first-time homebuyers hard. I took out my first mortgage through the builder’s preferred lender and was misled into signing a high-interest FHA loan without being fully informed of its downsides. By the time we were eligible to refinance, Tracy stepped in and completely turned things around. Not only did she help us boost our credit score, but she also secured us an interest rate about 1% lower than our original loan. She was on top of the Fed’s movements, offering timely advice, and helped us flow down the rate by the time we close. (last time when rate was low my builder assigned loan officer on purposely didn’t pick up phone) What really stands out about Tracy is her dedication beyond her obligations. She knew we were overpaying with our FHA loan, and she went the extra mile to get our monthly PMI waived—something she didn’t have to do. Carrying a home mortgage is hard, but Tracy made our "loan journey" so smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with her service and highly recommend her!
